Bharatpur Eye Hospital started a telemedicine service with the aim to provide door-to-door appropriate eye care services to patients in communities. Each eye care center is connected to the base hospital. Ophthalmic assistants at ECCs do a regular tele consultation whenever they need a second opinion from Ophthalmologist at base hospital.
